A strategic and service designer who is passionate about three things; making people’s lives better, delivering positive impact for businesses and building highly functioning, human centric, teams and cultures.

For the past 16 years, working at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and IBM, I applied design and design thinking at a strategic level at blue-chip and FTSE 100 organisations to design and implement services that are desirable, feasible and viable. Always looking for a new challenge, I worked across multiple industries including telecoms, technology, media & entertainment, energy and water, retail, consumer products and sports.
