A collaborative leader who thrives on building and motivating high functioning teams: In my recent role As the Head of Service Design at PwC’sExperience Centre, I was part of the core team that launched the ExperienceCentre in the UK in 2018/19 and built a service design team that created the first set of lighthouse projects and case studies for the Centre and delivered with an average of c. £2m annual revenue. Before that,I led the TMT’s & EUM Customer Transformation team and the B2B Customer Experience and Sales Transformation team at PwC UK, delivering an average of £3m annually for each team

A Strategist

A big picture thinker, I have a track record in combining design and business strategy tools and frameworks to solve business challenges and meet business objectives. My combined design and management consulting skillset allow me to look at industry and system level trends and challenges, apply innovative approaches to respond to them and create sustainable competitive advantage for my clients

A Designer

I am a service designer by both trade and training (MA Service Design, Royal College of Art). I designed new, and redesigned existing, services and experiences that put humans, ,customers and employees, at their heart while positively impacting top and bottom lines. My passion to marry beauty and function and striking the balance between customer needs and business performance/realities is what enabled me to design and implement services that are desirable, feasible and viable

A Maker

I am a software engineer by trade and training (BCs Computer Science, University of Cairo), and management consultant by trade. This provides me with the experience that allows me to work with multi-disciplinary teams to build the business, technology and data capabilities required to turn mine, and my team’s, ideas and designs into operational services
